• The Governor ordered extension period for insurance payments. Health and dental is extended 60 days. Other types of insurance is extended 90 days. Check with your insurer.
• The state had 214,000 unemployment applications
• The current status of a bill to delay property tax payments is in flux. It's still up to Trenton. I just learned they will NOT be voting on it Monday. At this point council has no control.
• I know I keep saying it but I keep hearing Somerset will get a test site soon. The deal is getting PPE. 35,000 PPE were bought out from under us by the Fed government. That's all the information I have on testing.

New cases

Before I provide the numbers I have a statement on race. Several states have published COVID information related to race including NJ. Race is not a required reporting item. The NJ reporting rate is about 19%, Franklin’s is lower. There is insufficient data to make a reasonable assessment in Franklin. Frustrating.
