From the daily Freeholder conference call:
- 52 new cases in the County (11 in Franklin) for a total of 119 confirmed cases. There were 2 new deaths bringing the total to 4.
- The state will provide grants and loans to small businesses:
- $5000 grants to businesses with 1-10 employees
- 0% loans for medium sized businesses
- Assistance for entrepreneurs and startup investors

- Meals on Wheels is operating, serving 500 residents with 2 weeks of food.
- Schools won’t open anytime before 4/17 and that date can easily be set back
