Consumer Sentiment Survey

I was contacted by Scott Ludwigsen, a member of our community who I know has the best interest of Franklin at heart. He offered to share the market research of the firm he works for. I found it interesting. I'm providing it because I trust Scott and hoped it would be useful to you. I have no means of validating their research. My sharing it with you is in no way an endorsement of Phoenix Marketing International by myself or the Township of Franklin. The information was provided free of charge with no strings attached. I hope it is useful.
