A new Administrative Order 2020-10 was released today. In brief:
- Pet business are considered essential in certain circumstances.
- Stores that principally sell items necessary for religious observation or worship shall be considered essential retail businesses in certain circumstances.
- Car dealerships may operate under certain restrictions.
- If a beauty parlor or the like is closed under EO 107 they can not get around the law by providing in home care.
